Fixed Term Contract

Lettings Coordinators are vital to the success of the business, from managing the onboarding of landlords to the advertising and marketing of properties. As a Lettings Coordinator, you will be managing the day-to-day operational running of the Lettings Team and ensuring excellent client and customer experience.

Day-to-day Responsibilities:

  • Arranging evaluation of market rents with Head of Lettings and preparing the necessary documents for remarketing
  • Handling incoming phone calls for the team with the highest level of professionalism
  • Keeping in contact with centralised deal progression and property management teams to ensure all documents are in place before move in
  • Sending out paperwork to landlords and ensuring the property is compliant before marketing
  • Providing feedback to landlords, Tenants and Applicants before viewing
  • Managing incoming invoices and arranging for payment
  • Recording and submitting expense claims
  • Preparing office audits (internal and external)
  • Creating and updating property details on system

Experience with maintenance coordination:

  • Minimum 1-year prior experience within administration
  • Excellent IT skills (Microsoft Office)
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
