Location: London & The South East

Salary: £30,000–£40,000 + Bonus + Benefits

Type: Full-Time | Permanent

Join one of the UK’s fastest-growing operational real estate platforms. We’re seeking an ambitious, commercially driven Leasing Manager to take the lead on high-value lettings across a portfolio of premium self-storage assets in London. This is an exciting opportunity to join a modern, design-led operator with a strong pipeline and private equity backing.

About the Role

As Leasing Manager, you’ll be responsible for maximising occupancy and revenue across flagship self-storage facilities, with a focus on business and enterprise clients. You'll manage enterprise accounts, optimise unit mix and pricing, and work closely with operations and marketing teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences. This isn’t traditional storage. Our spaces are tech-enabled, design-focused, and aimed at SMEs, e-commerce brands, creatives, and high-end residential users — all expecting service to match.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive lettings performance across multiple high-value sites in London
  • Build and manage relationships with commercial and high-net-worth clients
  • Oversee the end-to-end leasing process — from enquiry through to signed license
  • Optimise space usage, pricing strategies, and promotions in line with business goals
  • Work with marketing to develop targeted campaigns for key audiences
  • Track pipeline activity, occupancy, and revenue forecasts

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in leasing, sales, or asset management — ideally in self-storage, commercial property, or flexible workspace
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills, especially with B2B clients
  • Analytical mindset with a focus on revenue, margins, and utilisation
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM systems and data tools
  • Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and commercially astute

What We Offer

  • A chance to lead in a high-growth, high-potential sector
  • Competitive salary and generous commission/bonus structure
  • Dynamic, design-led workplace culture with real autonomy
  • Career development in a rapidly expanding real estate platform
  • Hybrid working and flexible environment
