A fantastic opportunity has become available for a motivated Trainee Sales Negotiator to join a well-established and highly regarded estate agency business in South West London. This role would suit someone who is looking to build a long-term career in residential property sales. Previous estate agency experience would be beneficial, however candidates from a strong sales, customer service, hospitality or target-driven background will also be considered.
You will be joining a busy and supportive office environment, where you will receive training, exposure to a fast-moving property market and the opportunity to build your earnings as you develop.
- Package: £18,000 basic salary
- £2,500 travel allowance
- 10% - 25% commission structure
- Pool car provided
- Guaranteed earnings equivalent to at least £30,000 per annum for the first 4 months
- OTE of £40,000 - £50,000 in year one
- 1 in 3 Saturdays
Key Responsibilities:
- Registering and qualifying applicants
- Booking and conducting property viewings
- Building relationships with buyers and vendors
- Following up enquiries and maintaining communication
