Our client is one of the largest and most successful businesses in Global Real Estate and has instructed GKR International to find a Head of Residential for their successful Surrey team. You will be joining an already successful team, who currently generate a 7 figure Sales revenue and transact some of the finest homes in Surrey. You will manage the residential sales team, ensuring that sales targets and values are met by motivating the team and developing strong relationships with all stakeholders in order to build on the existing success of the office.
Package:
- Basic Salary circa £60,000
