You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the centre, supporting members, clients and visitors while helping to create a professional, welcoming and high-quality workspace.The position sits across front of house, customer experience, community engagement, meetings and events, operational support and maintaining excellent presentation standards throughout the centre.
