4+ years’ block management experience A hands on & practial problem solving approach is critical Superb customer service & a drivers licence EXCLUSIVE & RETAINED ROLE.We are seeking an experienced and proactive Residential Block Manager to join our dynamic property management team based in Richmond, London. The ideal candidate will manage a portfolio of residential blocks, ensuring effective service charge management, compliance with leasehold regulations, and top-tier customer service. This role also involves working with the maintenance team to diagnose problems, plus guide and advise on long term maintenance and capex strategy. This role offers the right individual opportunities to take on other company responsibilities or manage a team in the future.   Portfolio:  Varied portfolio which will be assigned depending on the individual selected for the role.  It could be 20 blocks with 15-20 units per block in the West London area but equally it could vary as they take on new blocks.   Key Responsibilities:   Service Charge Management:  Prepare and manage annual service charge budgets.  Ensure timely collection and reconciliation of service charge funds.  Handle financial queries from leaseholders and stakeholders.    Maintenance & Repairs:  Organize routine and emergency maintenance.
