GKR International has partnered with an expanding Estate Agency in Edinburgh who are looking to add a Senior Property Manager team based in Bruntsfield.
About Your Role
You will oversee the full rental cycle from start to finish while overseeing an expanding portfolio of residential properties across Edinburgh. As a Senior Property Manager you will streamline processes and ideally you will be solutions focussed and be have experience building and developing relationships with tenants and landlords.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of residential properties
- Act as the main point of contact for landlords and tenants
- Conduct viewings, coordinate property maintenance, inspections, and repairs, liaising with contractors and ensuring timely resolution of issues.
- Handle tenancy renewals, deposit disputes, and other end-of-tenancy processes.
About You
- Proven experience in property management, ideally with 3+ years experience
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, tenants, and contractors.
- A proactive approach and solutions focused.
- ARLA qualification or equivalent is desirable but not essential.
You will be joining an growing team, so there will be further support for you and your career, along with working with constructive and positive team environment.
