My client is looking for an ambitious and driven Senior Marketing Manager to join at a crucial busy time of the year. You will be involved in some beautiful residential developments across London, and this key role within the business will focus on implementing the marketing strategy across these sites.
Brief Key Duties:
- Project manage and amend when needed key collaterals: brochures, digital content, websites, floor plans.
- Take the lead on all communications across the business.
- Deliver campaign ideas to key stakeholders.
- Work with appointed digital & offline agencies.
- Lead the day-to-day management of the social media/PPC campaigns: paid and organic, incorporating the latest trends and techniques in digital marketing.
- Prepare monthly reports.
Experience:
At least 8 years’ marketing experience, with a minimum of 4 years on the developer side.
