Are you a detail-driven finance professional with a knack for keeping accounts in order and rent ledgers spotless? We’re working with a growing real estate business looking to hire a Rent Controller to join their finance function and help support continued growth and profitability.
In this role, you’ll take ownership of rent collection, reconciliation, and reporting. You’ll collaborate closely with lettings, renewals, property management, and asset teams while ensuring accounts are accurate and up to date. Responsibilities include daily bank reconciliations, aged debt tracking, and participating in weekly debt meetings. If you\’re someone who thrives on structure, accuracy, and working independently, this could be the perfect opportunity to take your next step.
What We’re Looking For
️ Proven experience in a rent control or finance-focused role
️ High attention to detail and confidence working with numbers
️ Excellent organisation, prioritisation, and communication skills
️ Familiarity with SAP B1 and/or Arthur is a bonus
️ Comfortable working in-office full-time initially, with hybrid flexibility after probation
The Package
Salary of ÂŁ40,000
