Our client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Property Manager to join their expanding team. The successful candidate will manage a small portfolio of HMO houses, primarily located in South West London, with a few properties in North and East London. This role offers a hybrid working arrangement, allowing for two days of remote work per week.
In this position you will look after 15 properties, each housing 5-6 tenants. Responsibilities include:
- Conducting regular property inspections (approximately 90 houses spread throughout the year)
- Assisting property managers based outside the UK with their inspections
- Handling maintenance and property compliance tasks
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with tenants
- Occasionally meeting with HMO council inspectors to ensure all licensing is up to date
