Property Manager (London)

This is an opportunity to join a highly reputable and established property agency in SW London within their Property Management department. This business has a fabulous culture, a superb team ethic, many staff with years of longevity and it’s genuinely a great place to work. 1 day working from home after probation. Key Responsibilities

• Managing the rental property portfolio
• Arranging maintenance works when needed by liaising with contracts, landlords and tenants
• Booking gas safety checks
• Managing tenancy deposit returns
• Responding and managing complaints from landlords and tenants
• Any other duties require to support the team

Requirements:

• Minimum of 12 months' experience in a Property Management role
• Commutable distance from South-West London
• Full UK driver's license (manual)
