Are you an experienced property manager looking for the next step in your career? Our client, a leading Estate Agency in Edinburgh, is looking to add to their expanding team in Stockbridge.

About The Role

You will oversee an expanding portfolio of residential properties, ensuring that all aspects of property management are handled efficiently and to the highest standard. This is a pivotal role where you will streamline processes, troubleshoot where needed, and contribute to the ongoing success of our client's Property Management team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of residential properties, ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation.
  • Act as the main point of contact for landlords and tenants, providing exceptional customer service.
  • Coordinate property maintenance, inspections, and repairs, liaising with contractors and ensuring timely resolution of issues.
  • Handle tenancy renewals, deposit disputes, and other end-of-tenancy processes.

About You

  • Proven experience in property management, ideally with 2+ years experience.
  • Strong knowledge of property legislation in Scotland, including the Private Housing (Tenancies) (Scotland) Act 2016.
  • Exceptional communication and organisational skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, tenants, and contractors.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
  • ARLA Propertymark qualification or equivalent is desirable but not essential.

Our client, one of the most well-known agencies in Edinburgh, will offer you a chance to work closely with a great portfolio. This role will be paying up to £32k and your working hours will be Monday - Friday - 9am to 5pm.
