Residential Property/Block Manager – London/ Hybrid Working
We’re looking for an experienced Residential Property Manager to oversee a high-value portfolio of private rental assets. The ideal candidate will have at least three years’ experience in a similar role, with a strong grasp of both AST property management, block management and compliance. A background in Build to Rent or the Private Rental Sector would be highly advantageous.
Salary: £45,000 – £50,000 + company benefits
Working Hours: Mon – Fri. 9am – 5.30pm
Contract: Permanent | Full Time
Work schedule: Hybrid working
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure full compliance with health and safety legislation
- Conduct regular property inspections and manage insurance claims
- Resolve tenant issues with professionalism and discretion
- Liaise with contractors, obtain competitive quotes, and oversee works
- Review and verify invoices, including utilities and council tax
- Support construction managers and assist with project handovers
- Manage renewals of EPCs, Gas Safety, and Electrical Certificates
- Oversee end-of-tenancy processes and deposit handling
- Provide assistance to asset management and finance teams
- Coordinate property access for inspections and maintenance
About You
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in residential property management
- NFoPP / ARLA qualification (preferred but not essential)
- Proactive, organised, and confident in decision-making
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working independently and collaboratively
- Adaptable, approachable, and committed to high standards
