Working Hours: 9-6 Mon - Thurs, 9-5 Fri (Hybrid basis, 2 days WFH)

Our client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Property Manager to join their expanding team. The successful candidate will manage a small portfolio of HMO houses, primarily located in South West London, with a few properties in North and East London. This role offers a hybrid working arrangement, allowing for two days of remote work per week.

In this position you will look after 15 properties, each housing 5-6 tenants. Responsibilities include:

  • Conducting regular property inspections (approximately 90 houses spread throughout the year)
  • Assisting property managers based outside the UK with their inspections
  • Handling maintenance and property compliance tasks
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with tenants
  • Occasionally meeting with HMO council inspectors to ensure all licensing is up to date
