Are you an experienced Lettings Negotiator looking to join a fun, entrepreneurial, and close-knit team where your personality and initiative will be truly valued? We’re working with a boutique prime residential agency seeking a driven and self-sufficient Senior Lettings Negotiator (or Lettings Manager-level candidate) to take ownership of new business generation and high-value client relationships. This is an opportunity to make a significant impact within a growing business that values collaboration, autonomy, and top-tier service.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Winning and managing new lettings instructions across Prime Central London
- Liaising directly with UHNW clients, relocation agents, and landlords
- Working closely with a small, tight-knit team in a collaborative environment
- Enjoying full admin support so you can focus on what you do best — bringing in and closing deals
- Playing an active role in a social, team-oriented culture with regular events
What We’re Looking For
- Background in lettings from a boutique or high-performing independent agency
- Someone self-motivated and commercially minded — you won’t be handed a big portfolio, so a BD mindset is essential
- Confident and professional with Prime Central clients, but also easy-going and a strong team player
- Not a clock-watcher — someone who’s happy to pick up the phone and make things happen
- London market knowledge is key, especially within Zones 1-2

- Basic salary: £35,000-£40,000 DOE
- OTE: Up to £90,000
- Monday to Friday, 9am-5.30pm - no weekends unless essential
- No driving required - all centrally located, with taxis/transport covered
- Loads of social events and a genuinely supportive, fun team atmosphere
