Currently seeking a Junior Property Portfolio Manager to join their team. You will receive full training and professional development.
- To manage your own Property Portfolio in an efficient and proactive manner and respond to all Landlord and Tenant queries in a timely manner.
- Ensure that the service provided is in accordance with the Landlords instructions, their legal obligations and the terms of business.
- To work together with the Front Office to encourage a healthy working relationship, assisting them if necessary.
- Ensure portfolio is fully compliant at all times including gas safeties, EICRs, PAT tests, EPCs etc.
- Ensure all rent arrears within your Property Portfolio are chased on a daily and weekly basis and report on this during the weekly team meeting.
- Reactive and planned maintenance, instructing contractors, building relationships with them and overseeing works to ensure they are carried out efficiently and to the highest standards.
- Undertake property inspections.
