The role will involve supporting the wider sales team with viewings, registering applicants, speaking with buyers and helping to manage enquiries. You do not need years of experience, but you should be enthusiastic, well-presented and comfortable working in a client-facing environment.

Key responsibilities:

  • Conducting property viewings with prospective buyers
  • Registering new applicants and understanding their search requirements
  • Following up with applicants after viewings
  • Supporting the sales team with day-to-day activity
  • Maintaining strong communication with buyers and colleagues
  • Providing a professional and helpful service throughout the process
