Gold Mark, one of Dubai's leading independent residential brokerages, is expanding its residential consultancy team — and GKR International is recruiting on their behalf. This is an opportunity to relocate to one of the world's most active property markets and build a client base ranging from first-time buyers to international investors. Gold Mark has built a strong reputation across the Dubailand corridor, specialising in the sale and rental of villas and townhouses in some of Dubai's most sought-after family communities. Typical transactions span three-, four-, and five-bedroom homes, and the company continues to grow both its Secondary Sales and Off Plan divisions.

What You'll Be Doing

  • A typical week involves meeting new buyers, advising investors, winning instructions from homeowners, conducting viewings, negotiating offers, and nurturing relationships with past clients who return to buy, sell, or refer others.
  • You won't be doing it alone — dedicated support functions are in place so you can focus on relationships and closing deals:
    • Call Centre generating opportunities and conversations
    • Marketing driving property exposure and brand visibility
    • Administration & Operations handling documentation and compliance
    • Conveyancing support through to completion
    • Management offering direct access and accountability
    • Lead Generation keeping your pipeline active across channels

Onboarding & Support

New consultants complete a structured 14-day induction covering Dubai market fundamentals, developer and project knowledge, CRM training, UAE legal and regulatory requirements, area familiarisation, negotiation skills, and mentoring from experienced brokers — followed by ongoing coaching.

To help you settle in, qualifying consultants may receive an advance commission of AED 8,000/month for up to three months (an advance against future earnings, recoverable from commissions per programme terms). Relocation support may also be considered on a discretionary basis as an alternative.

What You'll Get

  • Tax-free income in a world-class, international city
  • Industry-leading commission structures with strong long-term earning potential
  • Direct access to experienced leadership
  • A collaborative, community-led culture built around sustainable careers, not just headcount

Who Thrives Here

Successful consultants are ambitious, resilient, and commercially curious — people who enjoy meeting others and building relationships that outlast a single transaction. Backgrounds that transfer well include estate agency, recruitment, luxury retail, automotive sales, and B2B sales.
