Due to an internal promotion, a growing, modern residential property company is looking for a Property Management Administrator – the friendly, efficient first point of contact for tenants and applicants, and the powerhouse behind the scenes for the lettings and property management teams.

This is a heavily customer focused role communicating with clients over the phone and via email correspondence so excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills and confidence speaking over the phone is essential.

Salary: £30,000 - £35,000
Working Hours: Mon - Fri 9am - 6pm.
- Flexible work schedule - ability to work from home 1 day a week after training.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Answering calls & emails like a pro
  • Logging maintenance requests and making sure nothing gets missed
  • Booking inspections, surveys, and move-outs
  • Scheduling viewings & qualifying applicants
  • Keeping processes running like clockwork

You’ll smash it if you:

  • Have admin, customer service, or property experience (bonus if you have all three)
  • Communicate clearly, stay calm, and stay kind
  • Can multitask without breaking a sweat
