GKN Aerospace is seeking an experienced aircraft fitter to join our East Cowes training team. You will lead classroom-based training for the theoretical elements of aircraft fitting and develop new practical training techniques to improve outcomes for learners.
You will support the Learning Administrator with training plans, track learner progress, and contribute to ongoing improvement projects. A path to NVQ assessor qualification is available as part of the role.
