GKN Aerospace East Cowes seeks an experienced Operations Team Leader to manage a manufacturing team of up to 12 operatives, driving PSQDCC targets through the Lean Operating Model while maintaining a safe and efficient production zone.
You will cover shifts (6am–2pm, 2pm–10pm, 8am–4.30pm with weekly rotation) and work with the Operations Group Leader to deliver Operational Excellence, daily management, and continuous improvement.
