An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Warehouse Operative to join the thriving Stores Team here at our East Cowes facilities. The successful candidate will follow standard work for material handling, and perform all activities in accordance with safety and quality rules.

Candidates MUST have a current, clean driving licence. They will also use adequate equipment (forklift etc.) to move material, and record movements of material in the transactional records systems. All of our employees are encouraged to make proposals in order to constantly improve our high standards of safety, quality and efficiency.

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage stores material flow
  • Track product availability
  • Locate stock
  • Prepare stock for movement
  • Physically move stock
  • Maintain inventory status
  • Perform physical inventory procedures

Job Qualifications

  • Similar experience gained within a busy warehouse environment
  • Current, clean driving licence
  • IT literate
  • Physically fit enough to undertake this type of work
  • Team player who is reliable and dependable
  • Upbeat and energised individual with a positive can-do attitude
  • Eligibility to work in the UK
  • Forklift (B1) licence preferred, but training can be given for the right applicant
