We have created a new role of Master Production Scheduler for our Aftermarket site in Minworth. If you are comfortable learning new systems and processes and want to use your analytical and problem‑solving skills to ensure production is scheduled correctly to achieve on‑time shipments, then this is the role for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Planning: Create production plans, manage Material Requirements Planning (MRP) runs, and convert planned orders into production orders.
• Scheduling: Develop detailed weekly/daily schedules, monitor capacity, and adjust for bottlenecks or delays.
• Data Management: Maintain accurate Bill of Materials (BOMs), Work Centers, Routings, and Production Versions within SAP.
• Execution Monitoring: Release, track, and close production orders, ensuring data accuracy and timely completion.
• Coordination: Liaise with production manager, procurement, and sales to address material shortages or capacity issues.

Skills and Experience

• Experience in a planning/scheduling role in a manufacturing environment is desirable; we also welcome logistics and supply chain graduates with SAP PP module experience (BOMs, Routings, MRP, Capacity Planning, Orders) and relevant work experience.
• Analytical abilities and a proactive mindset – always looking for ways to improve processes.
