As part of our Procurement and Supply Chain Graduate Programme you can expect the following:
- Rotations in Operational Procurement, Strategic Sourcing and Supply Chain Management areas of the business.
- Placements at our Manufacturing Sites both Luton and Isle of Wight and with our Global Strategic team including; working in areas such as strategic sourcing, supplier management, negotiations and contracting to help shape and deploy our sourcing strategies for the long term
- Solving operational procurement challenges to enable our operations, building strong relationships with suppliers and working to improve our processes and systems.
- Improving our planning and scheduling processes to ensure efficient and effective operational execution, tackling logistical challenges and helping us deploy technology and automation for the future
