Description

We are seeking a skilled IT Technician to join our busy support and project teams.

This role involves a mix of helpdesk support and on-site project work, providing a great opportunity to develop your expertise across various technologies.

About You

We are looking for candidates with experience working for a Managed Service Provider (MSP) or a Microsoft Partner. Depending on expertise, multiple positions are available.

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing remote and on-site IT support to clients
  • Managing and resolving helpdesk tickets efficiently
  • Delivering project-based work, including system installations and migrations
  • Meeting SLAs and following established support procedures
  • Communicating effectively with both technical and non-technical users
  • Liaising with leading vendors, including Microsoft, Dell, HP, Acronis, and Sophos

Technical Skills & Experience

Experience with some or all of the following technologies would be advantageous:

  • Windows Server, Virtualisation, and Microsoft Azure
  • Microsoft 365 (SharePoint, Exchange Online, Teams)
  • Azure & M365 features (Azure AD, Virtual Machines, Intune Endpoint Manager)
  • Security & networking (firewalls, anti-virus, MDR deployment and maintenance)
  • PC & Server hardware (troubleshooting and installations)

  • Ability to manage and prioritise multiple tickets independently
  • Strong communication skills – capable of explaining technical solutions clearly to clients
  • A proactive and problem-solving mindset
