We’re looking for a Business Analyst to join our growing team, working at the heart of ERP-based implementations.

You’ll play a key role in uncovering what their clients need, mapping out current and future processes, and ensuring everything we deliver aligns with their business goals.

What You\’ll Be Doing

Meeting with Senior board members, C-Suite stakeholders, along with Functional Consultants to gather detailed business requirements.

Analyse workflows and system interactions, creating process maps for both current and future states using ERP Software.

Spot inefficiencies and identify how ERP can drive optimisation across customer operations.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape GAP analyses and solution designs.

Ensure every design and development meets both software standards and practical business needs.

Support customers during testing (UAT) and provide helpful documentation post-implementation.

Contribute your insights during pre-sales and be a trusted voice in shaping project documentation and development testing.

The Team You\’ll Work With

You’ll report to the Head of Operations and work closely with our Lead Functional Consultant and Head of Project Management, collaborating across teams, including both Technical and Functional Odoo Consultants.

A natural collaborator with excellent communication and documentation skills.

Confident using tools for process mapping and root cause analysis.

Able to break down complex requirements into clear, actionable insights.

• Familiarity with standard business processes and system design principles.

Qualifications needed from you, Our Business Analyst

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant subject ( Business, IT, Systems Analysis).

Previous BA experience in a software vendor, consultancy, or supplier is essential.
