We're recruiting exclusively for our client, a leading provider of asset management software for the Construction industry. Their platform helps customers track equipment, manage inspections, and monitor asset status in real time.

They're looking for a Customer Success Manager to own the entire post-sale customer journey.

You’ll onboard new customers, train them, keep them engaged, and make sure they’re getting real value from the platform.

What you’ll do:

  • Lead onboarding for new customers, remote and on‑site
  • Run regular check‑ins to spot risks early and boost adoption
  • Be the customer’s voice inside the business
  • Turn customer feedback into clear, actionable change requests
  • Spot at‑risk accounts and turn them around before renewal

What you’ll bring:

  • Experience in customer success, account management, or a similar customer‑facing role (SaaS a big plus)
  • Brilliant communication skills, you build trust fast, with anyone from end users to execs
  • Genuine empathy and a knack for solving problems
  • Sharp organisational skills, self‑reliant.
  • Comfortable learning new software
  • A full UK driving licence and able to travel nationwide

Nice to haves:

  • Experience with asset management, inspection or any tracking software
  • Background in Construction, or tracking, would be an advantage
  • Experience training end users in a B2B setting
