We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Commercial Manager to lead our full sales team, including both New Business Sales and Account Management teams. This role is critical in driving revenue growth, optimising sales processes, and developing a high-performing sales culture., As CM, you will be responsible for leading, mentoring, and developing the sales team while ensuring that key sales targets and KPIs are met. You will oversee the entire sales pipeline, from prospecting to closing deals and managing long-term client relationships. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales leadership, strong experience in pipeline and KPI management, and the ability to motivate and drive sales teams to achieve ambitious targets., People & Performance Management:

Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales team, including New Business Sales and Account Managers.

Set clear performance expectations, KPIs, and targets for the team, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Conduct regular coaching sessions, 1:1 meeting, and performance reviews to track individual and team progress.

Foster a positive, high-energy sales culture, encouraging collaboration and continuous development.
Sales Strategy & Pipeline Management:

Develop and implement a structured sales strategy that supports business growth and revenue targets.

Own and optimise the end-to-end sales pipeline, ensuring a steady flow of high-quality leads and opportunities.

Monitor and manage the sales funnel, ensuring strong conversion rates from prospecting to closing.

Work closely with Marketing and Business Development teams to align lead generation efforts with sales objectives.
Revenue Growth & KPI Management:

Drive sales forecasting and reporting, ensuring accuracy in revenue projections and sales performance analysis.

Analyse key metrics, including sales cycle length, win rates, churn rates, and revenue per rep, and take action to optimize results.

Implement a data-driven sales approach, leveraging CRM tools and analytics to track sales activities and team performance.

Develop and execute initiatives to improve deal velocity and increase overall team efficiency.
Customer Relationship & Account Management:

Oversee the retention and growth of existing accounts while ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.

Work closely with Account Management to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and decision-makers.
Collaboration & Cross-Functional Leadership:

Work closely with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to align sales efforts with overall business goals.

Proven track record in sales leadership, managing both new business and account management teams.
