We are actively recruiting Healthcare Assistants in your area to join our growing team in Residential and Nursing Homes.
You will play a key role in providing excellent support and care for clients, including personal care, assisting with medications, daily activities, and encouraging residents to lead more fulfilling lives.
Our shift patterns include early, late, long days, and night shifts. Our consultants will advise you on how this works if your application is successful.
Our new training scheme allows candidates with a minimum of 6 months\’ experience to access the healthcare sector, become high-standard Healthcare Assistants, and progress within the field. We offer excellent rates and flexible working patterns—two highly sought-after benefits.
Daily tasks for Healthcare Assistants may include:
- Helping service users undertake personal tasks
- Serving food and assisting with eating if needed
- Changing sheets and making beds
- Using equipment to lift and move service users
- Notifying healthcare professionals of abnormal or concerning temperature, pulse, or respiration rates
Qualifications required for Healthcare Assistants:
- You must have the right to work in the UK
- You must be able to communicate effectively and understand others
