Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Pattern Cutter / Grader/ Technician based in the London Area, United Kingdom. You will be responsible for creating, adjusting, and grading patterns to meet production and design requirements. You will collaborate closely with designers, garment technologists, and production teams to ensure accuracy and efficient use of materials. Key tasks include measuring, cutting, and finalizing patterns, ensuring all grading specifications are met, and maintaining high standards for fit and quality.
Requirements
Proficiency in pattern cutting and grading techniques, along with a strong understanding of garment construction
Experienced in working with manual and/or digital pattern cutting tools
Attention to detail, precision in measurements, and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of fabric properties and how they influence garment design and production
Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams
Experience in handling multiple projects and meeting tight deadlines
Experience in fashion or clothing production sectors is an advantage
Technical qualifications or certifications in pattern cutting, fashion design, or related fields are preferred
