Territory Manager – Aesthetics

Our client, a market leader in the aesthetics space, is looking for a high-energy Territory Manager to drive growth across London and surrounding areas. With a top-tier portfolio of innovative aesthetic solutions, this is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic and fast-paced team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and face-to-face meetings
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients in the medical aesthetics, dental, beauty, and medical devices sectors
- Drive sales and hit ambitious targets by actively engaging with clinics, medispas, and aesthetic professionals
- Spend at least three days per week on the road meeting potential and existing clients
- Deliver engaging product presentations and demonstrations to key decision-makers
- Stay up to date with industry trends and competitor activity
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven track record in sales – ideally in medical devices, aesthetics, dental, or beauty
- A hunter mentality – you love prospecting, cold calling, and closing deals
- Self-motivated, ambitious, and results-driven
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and manage your territory effectively
- UK driving license and willingness to travel extensively within the region
