🚀 We’re hiring: Clinical Sales Specialist – Medical Division (UK, Field-Based)

Are you a clinically minded sales professional passionate about improving rehabilitation and recovery outcomes?

We’re looking for a Clinical Sales Specialist to join a high-performing medical technology team, driving growth, delivering clinical excellence, and building long-term partnerships with healthcare professionals across the UK.

In this role, you’ll combine clinical knowledge and commercial expertise to promote innovative medical technologies that enhance patient function, mobility, and quality of life. You’ll work hands-on with clinics and hospitals, supporting demonstrations, training, and workshops to ensure confident, effective product use.

💡 What you’ll do:

• Achieve and exceed regional sales targets in line with commercial goals.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities across public and private healthcare.
• Deliver clinical product training, onboarding, and in-service support.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with clinicians, therapists, and business owners.
• Provide market intelligence to support strategic planning and growth.
• Represent the company at trade shows, events, and professional meetings.

🎓 What we’re looking for:

• Must hold a relevant qualification in Physiotherapy, Sports Therapy, Chiropractic, Podiatry, Strength & Conditioning, Biomedical Engineering, or a related medical or life sciences field.
• Fluent in English, with excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong clinical knowledge and practical understanding of rehabilitation, musculoskeletal care, or related medical practices.
• Proven success in medical device sales, healthcare business development, or clinical education.
• Highly motivated, commercially driven, and confident working independently in the field.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel extensively within the region.
