Location: Field-based across Ireland

Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent

Start Date: Immediate

On-Target Earnings: €90,000+ OTE

We are looking for a dynamic, commercially driven Territory Manager with proven experience in medical aesthetics. This is an exciting opportunity to represent premium, science-backed solutions in a high-growth sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive sales across the assigned territory, building and nurturing strong relationships with aesthetic clinics and healthcare professionals.
Educate and support customers on product usage, protocols, and latest innovations.
Deliver business growth by identifying new opportunities and increasing market share.
Work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, clinical, and training.

Ideal Candidate:

Experience in Medical Aesthetics (skincare, injectables, or energy-based devices) is essential.
Strong commercial acumen and a proven sales track record.
Self-motivated, energetic, and comfortable with regular travel across Ireland.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
