We’re looking for a highly experienced and commercially astute National Account Manager to drive growth across major UK retailers in the women’s health and oral care categories. This is a unique opportunity to make a real impact in a fast-growing, purpose-driven business that’s reshaping pharmacy and personal care.

You’ll take full ownership of key accounts—both retail and digital—with an emphasis on high-volume partnerships across pharmacy, grocery, and wholesale. Your industry relationships and proven success with large-scale retailers will be key to scaling our established women’s health brand and launching a bold new oral care line.

What You’ll Do:

  • Manage and expand high-profile retail and pharmacy accounts nationally
  • Leverage existing relationships to open doors and accelerate listings
  • Lead UK commercial strategy for two growth categories
  • Drive sales performance, category visibility, and market share
  • Partner cross-functionally with marketing, supply chain, and HQ
  • Travel within the UK and occasionally across Europe
