We are partnering with a high-growth company in the medical aesthetics sector to appoint a National Sales Manager for the UK & Ireland. This is a hands-on leadership role suited to a commercially driven professional with proven experience in medical aesthetics and people management. The successful candidate will lead from the front, spending significant time in the field supporting, coaching, and developing the sales team.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the national sales team for the UK & Ireland, setting strategy and ensuring execution in line with company goals.
- Spend substantial time in the field supporting, coaching, and developing the sales team to drive performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional functions (marketing, operations, finance) to optimise growth opportunities and market penetration.
- Travel 3–4 days per week across the UK & Ireland to support accounts and drive business development.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in medical aesthetics – selling into Medical Aesthetics Clinics.
- Demonstrated people leadership capability – at least 1 year ideally more.
- Comfortable with 1-to-1 field coaching days.
- Willing to travel 3–4 days per week across the UK & Ireland.
- Strong commercial mindset with the ability to operate strategically and tactically.
