Reporting to the Creative Lead, you will work across multiple premium brands, creating engaging visual content that supports marketing campaigns, commercial objectives, and brand growth. The successful candidate will gain exposure to a broad range of creative projects across digital and print channels, working on everything from social media campaigns and websites to presentations, email marketing, events, and promotional materials.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and produce high-quality visual assets across digital and print platforms.
- Create engaging content for social media, websites, email campaigns, presentations, brochures, and marketing collateral.
- Support the development and execution of creative campaigns across multiple brands.
- Ensure all design work adheres to established brand guidelines and maintains visual consistency.
- Prepare artwork for both digital and print production.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, commercial, and creative teams to bring ideas and campaigns to life.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while delivering work to agreed deadlines.
- Edit, resize, and retouch imagery where required.
- Support the creation of motion graphics, video content, and multimedia assets.
About You
You are a creative thinker with strong attention to detail, excellent organisational skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional design. You enjoy working in a collaborative environment and can confidently manage multiple priorities while maintaining high standards.
Requirements
- Degree, diploma, or equivalent qualification in Graphic Design or a related discipline.
- Minimum 1–2 years' experience in a Graphic Design role.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
- Experience creating assets across both digital and print channels.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Positive, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines within a fast-paced environment.
- Experience following brand guidelines and incorporating feedback effectively.
Desirable Skills
- Video editing, motion graphics, or animation experience using After Effects and/or Premiere Pro.
