We are seeking a highly organized, polished and discreet House Manager/Personal Assistant to support the UNHW family of a prominent international business Chairwoman.

The House Manager / Personal Assistant will act as the principal's trusted aide, ensuring the smooth running of the household, coordinating personal and administrative matters, and anticipating needs before they arise. This is a hands‐on and highly varied role requiring emotional intelligence, discretion, organization, and an eye for detail. The ideal candidate is service‐minded, polished, and capable of switching seamlessly between managing a home, handling logistics, and supporting the principal in both personal and professional contexts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Household & Property Oversight
    • Ensure the residence is maintained to the highest standard — clean, organized, and guest‐ready at all times.
    • Liaise with cleaners, contractors, suppliers, and tradespeople; supervise ongoing maintenance or renovation work.
    • Oversee household purchases, deliveries, and inventory (furniture, art, linen, supplies, etc.).
    • Manage household budgets and payments; maintain expense records and reconcile accounts.
    • Maintain relationships with service providers (security, car maintenance, tech support, etc.).
    • Coordinate seasonal preparations (guest rooms, events, travel packing, etc.).
  • Personal Assistance
    • Act as first point of contact and gatekeeper for the principal's personal matters.
    • Manage diary and appointments; coordinate meetings, dinners, and social engagements.
    • Arrange travel: flights, transfers, itineraries, visas, accommodation, and restaurant bookings.
    • Handle personal correspondence, emails, calls, and document organization.
    • Assist with family logistics, school communication, and travel where needed.
    • Conduct online research, comparisons, and project coordination (e.g., art, furnishings, events).
    • Run errands, shopping, gift sourcing, wardrobe and packing support.
  • Project & Event Coordination
    • Support ongoing projects such as interior design, art acquisitions, or property improvements.
    • Coordinate with designers, galleries, architects, and suppliers to ensure deadlines and standards are met.
    • Organize private events, dinners, and gatherings — liaising with caterers, florists, and staff.
    • Ensure guests are welcomed and cared for to a high standard.
Qualifications & Skills
  • 5+ years' experience as a Private PA, House Manager, or Lifestyle Manager for a private household or UHNW individual.
  • Highly organized with a 'nothing‐is‐too‐small' attitude.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; polished, discreet, and trustworthy.
  • Proactive problem solver who can anticipate needs.
  • Comfortable with both office and household tasks — from scheduling meetings to managing builders.
  • Tech‐savvy (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, WhatsApp, travel apps).
  • Flexible schedule and willingness to assist outside standard hours when required.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages an advantage (French or Turkish appreciated).
  • Driving license preferred.
Work Conditions
  • Based primarily in London with occasional travel.
  • Full‐time position, including flexibility over weekends when required.
  • Reports directly to the Principal and works closely with the Office Director in Istanbul.
  • May coordinate with other household staff and external consultants.
  • The role offers a competitive salary.
  • It is located in the centre of London.
