For more information, visit www.shift4.com.Summary:We are looking for an energetic and proactive Fulfillment Specialist to join our Fulfillment Services team located on WeWork, Aviation House, 125 Kingsway, Holborn, London, WC2B 6NH.If you are an experienced order picker with significant hands-on warehouse experience, eager to learn our processes quickly and meet the day-to-day requirements of this Fulfillment Specialist role, you are a perfect fit.Our growing Fulfillment Services Team supports the expanding Gift Card fulfillment requirements of our UK clients. Cards and accompanying marketing presenter material are manufactured and shipped to the warehouse on behalf of the client โ€“ to be received and distributed either to multiple store locations or toindividual consumers.Role & Responsibilities:Report to and assist the Fulfillment Supervisor with various aspects of Gift Card fulfillment processReceive and check incoming products and verify count; boxes/pallets of gift and loyalty cards and accompanying marketing presenter material, itemizing and storing in inventoryOperate the Warehouse Management software systemControl inventory, stock shelves and cycle countsProcess order pick-lists and submit gathered orders for quality control cross-checkingCross-check picked orders to insure accuracyEnsure clientโ€™s exact order specifications are met and requirements are fully satisfiedOperate Pitney Bowes shipping/labeling systemPrepare orders for shippingScan Pick Slip to print label and to register courier waybill numberResponsible for courier traceabilityMaintain ownership of package until signed for by client or mailed outActively and routinely maintain warehouse in a clean and orderly conditionPerform regular inventory cycle counts and audits as directed by controller or managerParticipate in pre-xmas rush โ€“ additional hours (days/weekends) may be required (with pay) โ€“ to ensure deadlines are metTrain new workers as required and take ownership and pride in your workPromote quality, responsibility and teamworkOpportunity for career growthRequirements:1-5 years warehouse experienceRelentless attention to detail, accuracy and functionality; consistently demonstrate care and attention tothe orders while managing the overall processAble to maintain standards and work at a fast pace in a warehouse environmentStrong ability to manage time and meet deadlinesSolid working knowledge of MS Office and web based applicationsExcellent communication skills; listening, writing and speakingInventory management experience an assetLicense to operate a forklift is an asset.
