In this Investor Relations Analyst or Associate job in London, you join a dynamic team responsible for managing investor communications and servicing Limited Partners (LPs) across the firm's investment platform. You will play a key role in delivering high-quality reporting, onboarding, investor engagement, and data management, helping to strengthen and grow long-term LP relationships through consistent, high-quality service. This is a highly collaborative role, working closely with global teams across Investor Relations, Product Strategy, Sales, and Investment. You will thrive if you are organized, curious, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

You will join the Capital Formation & Investor Relations team at one of Europe's leading small-to-mid market infrastructure investors, based in London. Founded in 2007, this founder‑led firm manages ~US$20bn of assets under management (AUM) on behalf of a diverse global institutional investor base including sovereign wealth funds, pension funds, insurance companies, family offices and consultant advisors. With over 190 employees, including an Investment team of 90+ across eight European offices, the firm has invested in over 300 projects spanning six main infrastructure sectors: Transport, Social Infrastructure, Renewable Power, Environmental Services, Network Utilities and Data Infrastructure. Sustainability (ESG) and stewardship are central to the firm's philosophy, with a focus on delivering assets that materially contribute to the lives of the communities they serve. The business is entering an exciting phase of growth, including the launch of its 10th core infrastructure fund, alongside product innovation and expanded global fundraising efforts.

In this Investor Relations role, your responsibilities will include:

  • Act as a key contact for investor queries, ensuring timely and accurate responses
  • Maintain and manage investor data, records, and virtual data rooms
  • Support the preparation and delivery of investor meetings, webinars, and events
  • Collaborate with internal teams to gather information for investor reporting and queries
  • Assist in the preparation of quarterly investor reports and client communications
  • Support the delivery of semi-annual investor webinars
  • Contribute to DDQs and RFP responses, including coordination across internal stakeholders
  • Support fundraising activities, including flagship funds and bespoke mandates
  • Prepare and update marketing materials, including pitchbooks and private placement memoranda

We are looking for candidates who demonstrate strong academic and commercial potential:

  • A strong academic background (minimum 2:1 or equivalent)
  • Experience or interest in Investor Relations, Business Development, or Financial Services
  • Solid financial literacy and understanding of asset management
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail and ownership of work
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
  • A proactive, team-oriented mindset with a strong desire to learn

Desirable but not essential:

  • Knowledge of infrastructure or private markets
  • Progress toward or interest in professional qualifications (e.g. CFA, CAIA)
  • Additional languages

Analyst starting salary £40,000 – £50,000. Associate starting salary: competitive, dependent on experience. Eligibility to participate in discretionary bonus scheme. Great office location in St Pauls/Barbican/Farringdon area with favourable amenities. Hybrid working model. Strong emphasis on training, mentoring, and career progression.
