In this Mid-Weight Graphic Designer role, you will create high-quality digital assets across paid social, display, email, and wider digital campaigns, with a strong focus on motion design for platforms such as Meta, TikTok, and YouTube. You’ll also be involved in client-facing work, presenting ideas, explaining creative decisions, and handling feedback confidently. Alongside this, you’ll support junior designers and help maintain high creative standards across the team.
Key responsibilities:- Create static and motion assets across paid social, display, email, and digital channels
- Produce motion graphics using After Effects and Premiere Pro
- Adapt and scale creative across multiple formats and platforms
- Present work to clients and confidently communicate design decisions
- Manage feedback and implement revisions
- Support and mentor junior designers
- Collaborate with paid media and strategy teams on performance-led creative
- Strong portfolio showing motion and digital design work
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator)
- Experience with Figma
- Strong motion design skills for paid social platforms
- Confident in client-facing situations
- Experience supporting or mentoring junior creatives
- Good understanding of digital advertising performance
- Experience with creative automation tools (e.g. Celtra)
- A/B testing or performance creative experience
