In this Marketing role in London, you will support the wider marketing team across a broad range of channels including CRM, content, social media, campaigns, partnerships and brand activity. You will begin with a strong focus on customer communications and lifecycle marketing, helping to optimise customer journeys and engagement, before expanding into wider campaign delivery and creative projects.
Key responsibilities - Digital & Customer Marketing
- Support CRM campaigns, customer journeys, and email communications
- Build, test, and optimise onboarding, engagement, and retention flows
- Write engaging copy for emails, blogs, websites, and marketing content
- Translate complex financial topics into clear, customer-friendly messaging
- Support video, thought leadership, and educational content creation
- Manage and schedule social media content across platforms
- Identify reactive content opportunities to drive engagement and growth
- Brief designers and support creative asset production across campaigns
- Assist with paid media, partnerships, and wider campaign execution
- Analyse channel performance and identify optimisation opportunities
- Use dashboards and reporting tools to track key KPIs
- Support SEO/GEO optimisation, blog publishing, and website updates via CMS tools
Job requirements - Marketing Executive
- A driven and curious graduate - degrees in Marketing are highly advantageous.
- Ideally, some professional marketing experience in a varied role within a high-growth startup or fast-paced environment.
