In this Events Marketing Executive job in London, you will be joining a fast-growing AI and PropTech company transforming the commercial real estate sector. As an ambitious technology scale-up, the business is expanding rapidly, with events playing a key role in its growth strategy. Our client is looking for a full-time Events Marketing Executive to lead the planning, delivery and optimisation of a varied events programme, including roundtables, webinars and industry conferences. Working closely with senior stakeholders and the Sales team, you'll deliver high-quality events that generate commercial opportunities while helping to grow the company's market presence. Key Responsibilities:
  • Planning and delivering webinars, roundtables, hosted events and industry conferences
  • Managing event logistics including venues, suppliers, registrations and on-site coordination
  • Working with Sales and Business Development teams to manage invitees and maximise attendance
  • Creating promotional content including email campaigns, landing pages and social media posts
  • Managing webinar delivery from setup through to post-event reporting
  • Tracking event performance, pipeline generation and ROI through the company's CRM
  • Coordinating speakers, presentations and branded event materials
  • Identifying new event opportunities and supporting continuous improvement
Job Requirements:
  • Previous experience in B2B events or marketing
  • Strong project management and organisational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience working alongside sales teams
  • Confident managing multiple projects and external suppliers
  • Experience with CRM systems such as HubSpot is desirable
  • Interest in technology, PropTech or commercial real estate is advantageous
