Our client is looking for an exceptional Senior FX Sales Executive to join their London sales team.

In this FX Sales role, you will be joining a rapid growth FX trading platform, which has been listed in the Financial Times’ fastest-growing FinTech companies for 5 years running. They have 9 international offices and have recently opened their newest office in London. Their platform is used by a host of international clients across industries, with 10,000 clients worldwide, ranging from large corporations to SMEs.

Job description – FX Sales Manager

In this senior FX sales role, you will be leading from the front, bringing in new business as well as training and mentoring a growing junior sales team. You will show the team what excellent looks like through your performance, as well as develop coaching and training plans to ensure the team hits targets.

Key responsibilities - Sales Manager

  • Generating revenue from outbound sales campaigns.
  • Managing and coaching a junior sales team.
  • Creating a commercial action plan to reach the team’s targets.
  • Helping to develop your sales team’s portfolios of clients.
