Job Description - Events Marketing Executive
Our client is looking for a full-time Events Marketing Executive to lead the planning, delivery and optimisation of a varied events programme, including roundtables, webinars and industry conferences. Working closely with senior stakeholders and the Sales team, you'll deliver high-quality events that generate commercial opportunities while helping to grow the company's market presence.

Key Responsibilities - Events Marketing Executive
- Planning and delivering webinars, roundtables, hosted events and industry conferences
- Managing event logistics including venues, suppliers, registrations and on-site coordination
- Working with Sales and Business Development teams to manage invitees and maximise attendance
- Creating promotional content including email campaigns, landing pages and social media posts
- Managing webinar delivery from setup through to post-event reportingTracking event performance, pipeline generation and ROI through the company's CRM
- Coordinating speakers, presentations and branded event materials
- Identifying new event opportunities and supporting continuous improvement
Job Requirements - Events Marketing Executive
- Previous experience in B2B events or marketing
- Strong project management and organisational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience working alongside sales teams
- Confident managing multiple projects and external suppliers
- Experience with CRM systems such as HubSpot is desirable
- Interest in technology, PropTech or commercial real estate is advantageous
