The Role - Global Partner Marketing Associate
This is an exceptional opportunity to push global creator/influencer-driven growth outside of TikTok Shop via high-speed, self-led experimentation.
Key Responsibilities - Global Partner Marketing Associate
- Build and scale creator partnerships across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Snapchat, TikTok (non-affiliate), and any other emerging platforms.
- Determine which partnership models (such as performance-based, flat fee, or gifting) are most successful at attracting collaborations and delivering high video output, views and return on investment.
- Identify viral content formats across platforms and educate creators on how to replicate them.
- Develop and scale creator acquisition pipelines outside of TikTok Shop.
- Oversee sampling operations executed by a team of assistants.
- Build and refine an efficient creator onboarding and education process.
- Devise engaging campaigns to maximise creator participation, motivation and retention.
- Identify and execute affordable creator collaborations.
- Launch and validate new platforms (e.g. Snapchat, Reddit, Pinterest, Amazon affiliates).
- Rapidly test and scale new approaches to creator-led growth.
- Monitor partnership profitability and optimise cost efficiency across all initiatives.
- Work closely with Paid Social on content usage, rights and creator management.
- Focus on building repeatable, scalable growth systems rather than a handful of meticulously planned collaborations.
- Utilise our team of junior assistants to scale operations and move faster.
Job Requirements - Global Partner Marketing Associate
- A 2:1 university degree from a top 10 Russel Group university.
- Independently seek out opportunities, draw insights from other brands, and design innovative strategies to achieve results.
- Creative, ambitious and perseverant, with a keen eye for scalable opportunities.
- A track record of delivering with autonomy.
- A self-starter. You take ownership and you do not wait to be told.
- Ambitious, and ready to grow with the role.
- Desirable to be fluent in French or German (C2 or bilingual).
