The Role - Regional Partner Marketing Associate

In this Regional Partner Marketing Associate role, you will be responsible for owning and executing the Partner team's core Tik Tok Shop affiliate strategy for the UK, EU or North America.

Your top-line KPI is views on shoppable Tik Tok content in your region.

Last year, this team achieved 850M views.

This year they're aiming for more than double that in 2026.

It's critical that views convert to sales, and you'll work with the Marketplace team to ensure internal monthly revenue targets are hit on both Tik Tok Shop and Amazon.

You'll be the key stakeholder in determining focus SKUs, overseeing impactful monthly product launches, defining promotions and motivating a creator community.

Key Responsibilities - Regional Partner Marketing Associate

  • Build and scale creator partnerships across Instagram, Facebook, You Tube, Snapchat, Tik Tok (non-affiliate), and any other emerging platforms.
  • The existing strategy for seeding product and commissioning affiliate content at scale is strong.

With the support of administrative team assistants, you'll take ownership of these core systems and their execution in your region.

  • You'll need to identify weaknesses and opportunities within current initiatives.

It's also expected that you will identify, test and roll out new strategies on a monthly basis.

The approach is experimental, scrappy and all about scale.

  • You'll manage administrative assistants (external contractors), ensuring high sample distribution, consistent creator participation and accelerated monthly product launches.
  • In the Soho office they keep the focus as strategy-first as possible by handing off refined workflows to the junior assistant team.

Your job is to test and validate strategies internally before delegating.

  • Your work will generate large-scale visibility for our games on Tik Tok.
