Job description - Client Services Executive
In this entry-level role, you'll support a small team of Private Client Directors managing the underwriting affairs of High Net Worth Individual clients.
You'll be involved in all aspects of day-to-day client management, learning the skills and knowledge needed to become a fully qualified professional over approximately two years.
You'll get full training and support throughout your development to manage your portfolio of clients once qualified.
Key responsibilities -Client Services Executive
- Assist Senior Managers with the day-to-day management of their client portfolio.
- Work on a variety of projects, keeping major stakeholders updated with progress/ commercial developments.
- Accurately record and file all client communications and instructions.
- Attend client meetings alongside Senior Managers to learn and build relationships.
- Liaise with third parties, including investment managers, banks, and accountants to resolve queries or elevate as needed.
- Analyse data, prepare calculations, and create reports and explanations for clients.
- Collaborate closely with a wider team to deliver excellent client service and develop your knowledge of the current financial markets.
- Work towards the qualifications and regulatory permissions needed to become a fully certified Client Manager.
What we're looking for
- A 2.1 in a numerate subject from a top university.
- Minimum GCSE Maths and English - Grade 5/B or equivalent.
- Ideally some commercial experience or exposure in the financial sphere.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport and develop excellent working relationships.
- Good analytical skills with great attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- A team player who collaborates well across departments and shares knowledge.
- Adaptable communication style to suit different audiences and situations.
