As a Regional Distribution Coordinator you will have an exciting hybrid role between sales support and pricing administration to support internally and externally our distributor needs. You will be a key system user, looking for continuous improvement of our ways of working, tools, daily administration tasks as well as digitalisation transformation. You will be located in Milton Keynes and you will directly report to the Head of Distribution. This role is temporary for 12 months.
In this exciting position, you will be responsible for:
- Strategic support
- Drive desk research and analysis of statistics, reports and corporate performance at regional level
- Support to develop new internal and external tools to facilitate execution and tracking regional initiatives.
- Lead regional Pricing projects and continuous improvement initiatives
- SPOC for pricing queries before escalating to the Senior pricing Analyst or Distribution head
- Collaborate with internal Pricing partners to have up-to-date annual price list(-s) & support distributors with monthly/ bi-monthly updated pricing files.
- Support to collate analysis / justification around raw material movements and other relevant factors for the distribution team to share with distribution during price negotiations.
- Project Management and execution
- Project support by creating business requests, follow up of samples, documentation, communication follow up.
- Support Distribution head in all necessary activities related to business analysis, sales budget, pricing, presentations.
- Ensuring system accuracy and data management for the collection items
- Digitalization and systems
- Digitalisation lead for distribution Pegasus and Givaudan Connect
- Key user Support digital project cross-departments (E.g. API/EDI in supply chain)
- People and Organization
- Support / Mentor the local and regional Sales Teams / Account Managers / Pricing teams / Customer Care team with harmonised ways of working
Your professional profile includes:
- University or College degree
- 2-5 years of commercial work experience, incl. account administration, marketing assistant or customer relationship in food or related industry
- Demonstrated ability to apply analytical planning, sales budgeting and forecasting skills to support
- Understanding of sales and pricing processes with regional scope
- Experience in building presentations and written communications and deviate recommendations based on business reportings
