Your future position? Are you looking to make an impact through flavour and taste innovation in the dynamic Savoury & Snacks segment? As a Key Account Manager based in Milton Keynes, United Kingdom, you will be an essential strategic partner to leading food and beverage manufacturers, driving growth through customer collaboration and market-focused strategies. In this role, you will leverage your business acumen, customer insight, and strong relationship skills to deliver value-added solutions tailored to local and regional needs. The role reports to our Sales Director – Savoury & Snacks, UK & Ireland.
Your main responsibilities:
- Lead and manage Givaudan’s business activities for assigned key accounts within the Savoury & Snacks segment.
- Collaborate with the Sales Director – Savoury & Snacks, UK & Ireland, and local Technical and Marketing teams to develop and implement account development plans (ADPs) aligned with business growth objectives.
- Cultivate relationships with key decision‑makers, positioning Givaudan as their preferred partner for taste and flavour innovation.
- Develop, communicate, and implement strategic ADPs, sales forecasts, and budgets for each key account, supported by clear KPIs to monitor performance.
- Manage the brief pipeline—ensuring both quality and volume of projects—to achieve account growth plans.
- Defend and expand base business through proactive engagement with customers and timely response to market opportunities.
- Negotiate agreements within corporate guidelines, managing commercial terms such as pricing, credit, and rebates effectively.
- Work closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure smooth project execution from concept to scale‑up and market launch.

Your professional profile includes:
- University degree in Food Technology, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- +5 years of successful B2B sales or key account management experience within the food or related industry, dealing with branded and private label manufacturers.
- Further experience of operating within QSR Foodservice channels would be advantageous, but not essential.
- Strong strategic planning, budgeting, and forecasting capabilities for key accounts.
- Deep understanding of customer strategies, market priorities, and the competitive landscape.
- Proven ability to identify and convert unmet customer needs into new business opportunities.
- Skilled negotiator with sound knowledge of profitability management.
- Collaborative team player experienced in cross‑functional work within a global matrix environment.
- Fluent in English (verbal and written).
- Willingness to travel within the UK & Ireland as required.
