b Overview /b p In this role you lead the raw material and production planning for site compounding, ensuring on-time supply while optimizing inventory, cycle times, and site productivity within EHS rules. You shape local and regional planning strategies, drive adherence to schedules, and manage a planning team. You will work with cross-functional partners to improve performance metrics and support business objectives. This is a chance to impact production efficiency and customer satisfaction at scale within a global leader in taste and scent. /p b Pay / Benefits /b ul li Profit sharing plan /li li Pension scheme /li li Private medical insurance /li li UK Life Assurance Plan /li li Givaudan Discount Club /li li Learning and development opportunities /li /ul b Responsibilities /b ul li Design and execute site-level tactical and operational plans to meet objectives /li li Set and enforce planning standards and schedule adherence /li li Lead and develop the Raw Material/Ingredients Production planning team /li li Maintain optimal inventory levels and manage write-offs to meet service and cost goals /li li Develop short-term material supply and capacity plans /li li Analyze planning performance and drive KPI improvements /li li Escalate and resolve problems, including order prioritization /li li Collaborate with Replenishment, R F, Supply Planning, Control Tower, and Logistics teams /li li Prepare annual budget and operating plan /li li Manage workload balance within the team /li li Coordinate with stakeholders across the division and GBS /li /ul b Key requirements /b ul li Bachelor in Engineering /li li MBA or Master’s Degree in a technical field is preferred /li li Fluent in English / French /li li APICS Certification desired /li li ERP/MRP expertise /li li Strong affinity to systems and analytical tools (preferred SAP, BI, BO) /li li Proficient in Microsoft Office tools /li li Minimum 7 years of manufacturing operations with experience in supply chain planning, quality and/or materials management; exposure to business process redesign and systems implementations /li li Minimum 3 years of experience in people management /li /ul ul li Self-knowledge /li li Drive for result /li li Customer focus /li li ERP/MRP /li li SAP /li li BI /li /ul
